Anti Inflammatory Smoothie
Ingredients:
Coconut Milk: 5-6 ozs (homemade or organic store-bought)
Coconut kefir or organic dairy kefir (plain): 1-2 tablespoon
A whole mango
Banana: 1
Pineapple: 1/2 cup
Turmeric: a small slice of fresh, a pinch or two of powder
Chia seeds: 1/2 tbl spoon
Hemp seeds: 1/2 tbl spoon
Blender ingredients except for chia and hemp in the blender. Transfer the smoothie to a cup and add chia and hemp seeds.
