Anti-Inflammatory Probiotic Smoothie – Coconut Turmeric Bliss


Ingredients:

  • hemp or coconut milk: 1 cup

  • organic kefir (either goat or coconut): 1-2 tbl spoons

  • pineapple: ½ cup

  • banana: 1

  • coconut oil: ½ tbl spoon

  • turmeric powder: ½ tsp or fresh turmeric: 2 slices

  • cinnamon powder: ½ tsp

  • peeled fresh ginger: 2 slices

  • chia seeds: ½ - 1 tbl spoon

  • maca powder for energy: 1 tsp

  • grass-fed collagen peptides: 1 tbsp
